Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class taught by Amanda Rhodes from Yoga by Degrees Downers Grove followed by a 30 minute social with adoptable animals from West Suburban Humane Society.

Adoptables will also join you during class to get their namastay on too. Classes are designed for attendees of all skill levels! Each class is $45.

All classes are held at the West Suburban Humane Society Adoption Center (1901 W. Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove). Class location at the adoption center is weather dependent. During inclement weather or extreme heat, class will be held indoors in our Humane Education room with adoptable cats. Otherwise classes will be held outdoors in a play yard with our adoptable dogs.

All attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat or towel. Outdoor classes will follow a mask optional policy with social distancing measures in place (masks are required for entry into the adoption center for any reason). Indoor classes will require masks to be worn in addition to social distance measures being in place.
