Looking to trade a standard gym routine for petting puppies? Puppy Yoga is a unique experience where focus is shared with belly rubs and playful interactions.
While participants attempt to find zen, a squad of adorable pups will be busy “assisting” poses and providing motivation to stay on the floor. It is part yoga, part puppy pile, and entirely focused on joy. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
