Welcome to the West Suburban Humane Society

We are a great place from which to adopt a dog or a cat! Our shelter services include pet adoptions, free pet I.D. tags, community education, pet behavior counselling, spay/neuter referrals and a lost and found hotline. WSHS is a great place to volunteer your time — caring for the animals, assisting with fundraising events or providing a temporary care home for one of our animals in need.

West Suburban Humane Society, in conjunction with Guardian Angel Basset Rescue (GABR), is selling raffle tickets to win a 1961 Corvette Roadster! The raffle primarily benefits GABR, but WSHS receives 10% of the proceeds of all tickets sold through the link below. Ticket prices are 1 ticket for $10, 3 tickets for $25, 10 tickets for $50, 25 tickets for $100 and 120 tickets for $300. More information...
