Maddie's Fund and Petfinder.com Foundation Award WSHS With A $2,000 Prize!

A secret shopper came into the shelter and asked to view our dogs.  From her initial contact with our adoption desk manager to the volunteers who showed her around the kennel, the shelter provided great customer service.  Maddie's Fund and Petfinder.com believe that good customer service saves lives. The first step in good customer service it to capitalize on the public's enthusiasm for adopting by responding right away when initial contact is made.  The second step is to make a potential adopter's experience positive and helpful.  West Suburban Humane Socidety did both of these things and for our efforts we were given a check for $2,000 for the great customer service we provided.
